We service various forms of freight & transportation across the country, as well as international freight forwarding. Job Title: Operations (Location: South County, RI)

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Day-to-day tracking of live orders
- Booking and processing new orders
- Sourcing new carriers and service providers
- Warehouse duties
- Inventory management
- Maintaining paperwork from outbound warehouse shipments, as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask; time management
- Computer skills, efficient use of Microsoft office applications and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and work in challenging situations
- Experience with Quickbooks and/or Salesforce is a bonus but not required
